Scooter's Dog Cookie Story
Odenhaus Kitchen was created because of one very special Tibetan Spaniel by the name of "Scooter" aka Ch Odenhaus Mandala Boot Scooten. I was desperate for a food or treat that he would consistently eat while we were on the road traveling to dog shows. Not only was Scooter a picky eater while traveling, he didn't do much better about eating when we were home. And no matter where we were, home or on the road, he would only nibble. Scooter's favorite head expression was a turn of his head and a lift of his nose, as if to say, "No way, Mom. I'm not interested."
What to do.......?
Finally, in desperation, I decided to create my own treat, a tempting nibble that would be so delicious that he would be unable to turn his head away from the food bowl. This led me to find ideas for that tasty treat. After some additions to the original recipe, I created what is now known as "Scooter's Dog Cookie." This cookie was so delicious that not only did Scooter devour it with great relish, but my other dogs enjoyed it as well.
So, on behalf of Scooter (and other finicky dogs everywhere) we hope that your dog will enjoy our Odenhaus Kitchen "Scooter Dog Cookies" as much as he does. We must tell you that during our first official taste test, we did not find a single dog that didn't love Scooter's cookies.
